BRITTNI DALEY-GRISHAEVA

Construction is in Brittni Daley-Grishaeva’s DNA. Having grown up surrounded by Daley’s Drywall and Taping projects, she chose to join the family firm in 2009 after earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Management Economics with an emphasis in Accounting and Legal Studies from the University of California at Santa Cruz. Initially leading accounting and administrative operations, she assumed overall company oversight responsibility as president and chief financial officer in 2018.  

 

Under her guidance, Daley’s Drywall has enjoyed ongoing expansion. Clear evidence includes her role in orchestrating the partnership with James Woodbury to form MassFrame Solutions, assigning firm resources to effectively combat the ongoing housing crisis that currently plagues California.  

 

Brittni is a member of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the Construction Finance Management Association (CFMA) and the Santa Clara Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). She served as president of both associations in 2013-14 and 2015-16, respectively.
