As a Design-Build partner, MassFrame will collaborate directly with your design team to establish the comprehensive project model and manufacturing model for our components. Upon completion and approval by the project team, the MassFrame manufacturing model will guide the production of the building elements, ensuring the precise quality needed for a smooth construction process.
PRODUCTION SCHEDULE
Upon completion and approval of the manufacturing model by the project team, MassFrame will initiate the procurement of materials and the fabrication of building components. Our MassFrame QR code tracking system allows for real-time monitoring of production progress. It is crucial to note that once component manufacturing commences, any alterations to the design can adversely affect the manufacturing process and the overall project timeline. If design modifications become necessary during the production schedule, any associated re-design or additional manufacturing costs must be mutually agreed upon before proceeding with the reproduction of building components.
PROJECT DELIVERY
Our objective is to have a minimum of two complete floors of products available for installation once the project site is prepared for our commencement. Upon initiating installation, MassFrame will assume control of the crane operations to guarantee the efficient delivery and readiness of all components, thereby upholding our expedited installation schedules. We will collaborate with all other trade partners involved in the project to coordinate crane time for their deliveries, ensuring alignment with our installation sequence. The MassFrame structure constitutes the critical path of the schedule, enabling the delivery of a watertight building envelope and ultimately facilitating an accelerated project completion date.
